WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and in original condition.
• Items must have all AMR London tags attached and in original packaging.
• You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
• Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
• The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.
• We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
• Sale items cannot be refunded and are not eligible for a refund or a store credit. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 15 days for your parcel to be returned to us. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after 15 days, please contact us with your order number and details of the items returned.
