Pre-Orders
What does a Pre-Order mean? A pre-order is when an item is available to purchase but is not yet ready to ship. Products that are available to be pre-ordered will be launched at a certain date. By allowing pre-orders on a product, we are reducing the amount of time between falling in love, and arriving on your doorstep.
Why is pre-ordering an important factor of sustainable fashion?We are offering pre-orders as we noticed that our most beloved items sell out quickly and we want to help you buy what you love in the fastest and easiest way possible. As a sustainable business we are also keen to limit the total amount of inventory we carry, we want to provide you with just the exact amount you are looking for and not more. Pre-ordering means that we can choose the items you love, and hold less inventory. We believe this is an important part of being a sustainable fashion business.
Which products are available for pre-order? The products available for pre-order changes on a weekly basis. Pre-order-able products are items that we can reintroduce into our inventory within the time specified on the product page above the description of the product.
Can I cancel my pre-order? Yes you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the purchase. From that moment on it won't be possible. If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 24 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our customer support team at support@amrlondon.co.uk
You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the preorder. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you will be fully refunded for those pre-ordered charges.
One of my items is on pre-order, will my order still be shipped?If an order is placed and the item is on pre order please be advised that your whole order won’t be shipped until the pre ordered item comes into stock
How long will I have to wait? Products that are available for pre-order will have different timeline to ship to you which will be stipulated on the product page. We always work to reduce this to the smallest amount of time we can. If we have any reason to think it will take more than the suggested timeline then we will contact you.
What about returns and exchanges? Our dedication to a slower pace of production is key to our business. The pre order products are produced upon order as we do not hold stock to avoid dead stock and waste. However, if the fit isn’t quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or a store credit note within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email our team at support@amrlondon.co.uk your request for exchange and await further details.
